It fits on tight driveways, works perfectly for concrete and dirt, and handles small bathroom remodels or attic cleanouts without paying for space you won't use. A 12-yard splits the difference between the 10 and the 15. If a 10-yard feels too small but you don't want to pay for a 15, the 12 is the right pick. About four pickup truck loads — common for medium-size cleanouts, small remodels, and projects on tight driveways.
